Yes — free street parking is available near the apartment. Parking is about a 5-minute walk from the door, and guests have consistently found a spot.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is possible via a secure key locker — just let us know your arrival time in advance.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed, sleeping up to six guests across 100 m².

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome and the apartment offers family-friendly space, a full kitchen and a washing machine for longer stays.

The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the lakeshore. Note that access involves a short walk and some stairs, typical of Laglio's historic lanes.

The nearest restaurant is about an 8-minute walk. Villa del Balbianello (~14 km), Villa Carlotta (~18 km) and the city of Como (~10 km) are all within easy reach by car or boat.
