1. Requesting a stay
Send the preferred arrival and departure dates and number of guests by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Selecting dates on this website or sending a message does not reserve the apartment or create a payment obligation. Wait for the host's written availability and offer.
2. Rates and season
The apartment welcomes stays from April to September. Base nightly rates for two guests are €180 in April, €190 in May, €220 in June, €230 in July and August, and €200 in September. Each additional guest is €25 per night. Children under three stay free. The minimum stay is three nights; maximum occupancy is six guests.
3. Full price, payment and cancellation
Before agreeing to a stay, obtain the full written price, whether cleaning and tourist tax are included or payable separately, any security deposit, payment methods and deadlines, and the cancellation, refund, no-show and early-departure conditions. These details are agreed directly with the host; the website does not prescribe an unconfirmed fee or cancellation policy. Do not send payment until you have received and accepted the offer and its confirmation process.
4. House rules
- Check-in: 16:00–21:00; notify the host of your arrival time. Self check-in is available through a key locker.
- Check-out: by 10:00.
- No smoking, pets or parties. Children are welcome.
- Only the agreed, registered guests may stay. Respect the apartment and neighbours.
5. Availability and contact
Calendar updates may be delayed and do not guarantee availability. Changes, cancellations and any issues during a stay should be discussed promptly with Vittorio and his team.
